Smith Abrasives DBSC Review: Smith's DBSC 6" COARSE Diamond Bench Stone w/ "Micro Tool Sharpening Pad". I'm not sure I would put my filet knife on this unless it was extremely dinged up but this stone makes quick work of knicks etc or badly blunted blades.I first used it my neglected ax head and the stone prepped the edge for finer sharpening with just a few strokes. It also cleaned up the edge on an old beat up chisel that is now extremely sharp.The instructions say not to use any petroleum based lubricants with the stone.It's a welcome addition to my shop. 5 ...
