I waited a long time for Powermatic to redesign their 8" jointer like they did with the 6", but I was dispointed. The new Powermatic 8" jointer's lower price does not offset the fit, finish, and features of this Delta 8" DJ20.The Delta lever actuated depth of cut adjustment is fast, smooth, and accurate.
